Give your motorbike a unique look with wrap film

Motorcycle wrapping is an increasingly popular way to give your motorbike a completely new look — without permanently altering the original factory paintwork. Whether you opt for a striking colour change, a subtle matt finish, a graphic design or protective clear film: WrapBaas wraps motorbikes of all types and makes with the same craftsmanship as with car wrapping.

In 3 steps

How it works

1
Stap 1

Initial consultation & design consultation

We’ll take stock of your requirements, discuss the options for each engine type and show you film samples and examples of our previous work for inspiration.

2
Stap 2

Dismantling & preparation

The parts to be wrapped are carefully dismantled, cleaned and degreased to ensure optimum film adhesion.

3
Stap 3

Bespoke film application

The film is cut precisely to size and applied smoothly, without any air bubbles. Complex shapes and protrusions are handled skilfully.

Which parts can you wrap?

Virtually every plastic and painted part of a motorbike can be wrapped: fairings and fairing sets, the fuel tank, mudguards, side panels, handlebar cover, gearbox and frame components. A full motorcycle wrap gives the greatest impact; a partial wrap — for example, just the fuel tank and fairing — is a cost-effective alternative. We tailor the film to the specific lines and contours of your motorbike for a sleek and seamless finish.

Matt, gloss, carbon fibre or custom graphics

The possibilities are virtually endless: solid colours in matt or gloss, metallic and satin finishes, carbon-look films for a racing look, colour-flip films that change colour in the light, or fully custom graphic designs. WrapBaas can also create sporty racing stripes or team liveries for racing and track-day motorbikes. We use premium films from Avery Dennison, 3M and KPMF. Would you like to update the chrome accents on your motorbike too? Then take a look at chrome delete for a completely dark finish.

Motorcycle wrapping vs painting: the pros at a glance

Compared to spray painting, wrapping offers a number of specific advantages: the original paintwork remains intact and the motorbike retains its list price. The film is fully removable — ideal if you want to sell the motorbike later or change the colour. The turnaround time is shorter than for a paint job: a full motorbike wrap is often ready within 2–3 working days. Do you want maximum paint protection without changing the colour? Then consider Paint Protection Film (PPF) as a transparent protective layer.

Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ

How much does it cost to have a motorbike wrapped?
The price depends on the surface area to be wrapped and the film chosen. A partial wrap (fuel tank + fairing) starts from around €400–700. A full motorbike wrap usually costs €900–2,500, depending on the type of motorbike, the complexity of the job and the film chosen. Request a no-obligation quote.
Which types of motor can be wrapped?
WrapBaas wraps virtually all types of motorbikes: naked bikes, supersports, tourers, cruisers, adventure bikes and scooters. Both plastic and painted metal parts are suitable.
Can the film be removed again?
Yes. Motorcycle wrap film can be removed completely without damaging the original paintwork, provided the paintwork was in good condition before application. It can be removed with heat and a bit of patience.
How long does a motorbike wrap last?
Under normal use and with proper maintenance, a motorbike wrap will last between 5 and 7 years. Motorbikes that are parked outdoors or are regularly ridden in the rain will cause the film to wear out slightly faster.
Can I also have a custom design or racing livery made?
Yes. WrapBaas works with graphic designers to create custom liveries, racing stripes and personalised designs. Send us your concept or let us design it from scratch — we’ll bring it to life on vinyl.
Is the engine dismantled for wrapping?
To ensure the best possible result, the bodywork sections and relevant panels are removed. This ensures a smooth finish with no visible edges or gaps.
Can I just have the tank wrapped?
Yes. A tank wrap is one of the most popular partial wrap options. It’s popular as protection against knee damage or as a stylistic touch without having to wrap the whole motorbike.
Is wrapping better than painting for a motorbike?
For most private customers, vehicle wrapping offers greater flexibility: lower costs, shorter turnaround times, a wider choice of finishes and the option to remove the wrap completely. Spray painting is the preferred option for permanent modifications or where the paintwork is damaged and needs to be repaired.
How do I look after the wrap on my motorbike?
Wash with lukewarm water and pH-neutral shampoo. Avoid high-pressure washers. For matt films: do not use a car wash. Turn the film over regularly using a soft cloth to extend its lifespan.
